THE AUTHOR
My name is Dan Jensen, I have been working in the Uk Food Industry for the last 20 years.
I hold both Diploma and Degrees in Food science and Technology.
My main area of expertise over the last 20 years has been Product Design, as such i have
developed over 500 products. It is likely you have eaten one of my products at some point.
During this time I have spoken to students on the food technology course, as well as providing,
industry support to students that have written to me.
